except countries listed above, We can not delivery to Barbados, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Jamaica, Jersey, Kosovo, Martinique, Montenegro, Nigeria, Peru, South Africa, Shipping is not available for APO/FPO/DPO address.

IN the USA our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.Overseas territories are excluded.  We are not responsible for any customs fees and Tax once the items have shipped out. By purchasing our products, only includes the cost of freight and product. Buyer need take all the Tax  and Custom fee.

2：other country standard shipping:  We offer international shipping starting from $5.99 for most of our products except for A large object in a picture frame  

7：How Customer Get And Track the Parcel Status?

8: How To Do When Parcel Delay or Tracking Information  Is Not Update For Long Time

    Due to weather and irresistible factors which cause the delay. please provide me with the order number , and then we will check where the package is with the express company in time.

10:How To Do If The Parcel Lost On The Way?

   If the parcel  get lost we will resend new one or full refund .
